Modern Production Workshop
Shaanxi Hongda Phytochemistry Co., Ltd. was established in 2001. Hongda factory covers an area of about 20,000 square meters, with more than 10 modern production lines and 100,000-level purification workshops, and has obtained a number of national patent technologies. In 2010, it was awarded the honorary title of "National High-tech Development Enterprise".
We have China's leading independent R&D and production capabilities, with more than 150 workshop operation technicians, and the annual output of the factory can reach 3,000 tons, which can be fully supplied to meet customer needs.
High-standard Laboratory
Shaanxi Hongda Factory and university professors jointly established an SGS standardized laboratory. The laboratory is equipped with more than 20 professor-level R&D personnel and testing personnel, and testing equipment such as high-performance liquid chromatographs, gas chromatographs, spectrophotometers, atomic absorption spectrophotometers, polarimeters, automatic titrators, biochemical oxygen demand incubators, chemical oxygen demand incubators, melting point meters, etc.
The products we produce are strictly planted, strictly picked and professionally extracted from raw materials. The product quality is high. Before shipment, we will strictly test ingredients, pesticide residues, moisture, heavy metals and microorganisms to ensure that all products meet international standards!
Diversified Warehouses
Shaanxi Hongda warehouse covers an area of 3,000 square meters, with a wide variety of inventory products. There are six storage areas, namely A, B, C, D, E, and F. Areas A and B mainly store fruit and vegetable powders, areas C and D mainly store natural plant extracts, and areas E store various vitamins and amino acid products. Area F stores some samples. Professionals in all areas are responsible for sterilization. Our factory has sufficient inventory and can deliver on time to ensure order fulfillment.
